What brought you to Strive?
I majored in supply chain and logistics at the University of Arkansas. When I got out of school, I was looking for something in my field that also would allow me to grain experience in many facets of the industry. I came across Strive on LinkedIn, and the rest is history! The ability to learn from various departments, as well as the culture that comes with a smaller (but quickly growing!) company sealed the deal.

What kinds of qualities does someone need to have to be a Strive employee?
Being a good communicator is a big must for any Strive employee. We all work as a team across departments, so internal communication is just as important as external communication with customers and carriers. You need to be able to think on your feet and roll with the punches – every day is different!

It’s a high energy environment and fast paced. You have the rare opportunity to learn something new, or face a new challenge every day. There’s never a dull moment!
