Stephanie is a Customer Operations Rep in our Customer Operations team. She started at Strive in 2011 and graduated from Arizona State University. When not at the office, Stephanie explores the great outdoors around Austin.
What brought you to Strive?
I actually used to be a customer of Strive Logistics in my previous job. Ben was the customer sales rep on my account and I knew him from Arizona State University. He told me about Strive and ultimately helped me get a job here. When we both moved to the Austin office, we even moved all of our stuff on the same moving truck!
What kinds of qualities does someone need to have to be a Strive employee?
To be a good Strive employee, you need to be outgoing and personable. You should be able to multi-task and have a strong work ethic to go with it.
What’s your favorite thing about working for Strive?
My favorite thing about Strive is the people – and the casual dress code!
How do you make your customers’ lives easier?
I try to make it as easy as possible to work with me. I educate my customers on the state of the market and am proactive with updates. All of it ties together into exceptional customer service.
